I’m not sure about anyone else, but it’s been a stressful week for me. Things haven’t exactly been going as planned, and when I say “not going as planned”, I mean “no good, very bad” things. Oh well, hopefully the week ahead proves to be something new and different… in a good way, of course.

April Fools’ Day isn’t usually a “holiday” that I care ANYTHING about… and really, it isn’t still now! But I must admit, the Internet goes ALL OUT on April Fools’ Day, and you can usually find some great stories through it! Now, of course, there are, literally, over 800 websites which features some sort of joke today, so featuring them all would be a major pain in the rear end, but, if you’re interested, you can visit the following site to be able to look through them all. But before I tell you what the site is, I thought I’d mention a few of the most notable features from today!

StarCraft II announces the newest unit: Terra-Tron, which is your base… in fighting form.

In between updates, I thought I’d give us a little casual update instead! For those of you who are yet unaware, my old vehicle, nicknamed “The Behemoth”, and for good reason mind you, was totaled in a vicious crash a few weeks ago. I know a lot of you have been asking how this happened, and for some of you, I’ve replied, but, the story is quite simple: Ice. Yes, even my truck, the seemingly invincible being that it was, and amazing four-wheel drive vehicle, fell victim to a random patch of ice. In lieu of that, I’ve been forced to purchase a new vehicle. Luckily, one week later, I was able to pick up a vehicle that does the job, and pretty dang good if I do say so myself.

This is my 1999 Ford Taurus! With a V-6 engine, automatic transmission, 125,000 miles, and a government-issue black paint scheme, this has become my new ride. She runs like a beauty so far, and was only owned by one previous owner. I must say, I got lucky to find this vehicle. Also, here’s a short review of my vehicle from one of my friends, Hamstar.

Now for those of you who know me, you’ll know I am NOT by any means a “Ford man”. Not even close… not even in the same town.
So when I say that I really like [Weasel's] 99 Ford Taurus, it’s saying a lot!
The inside of the car was ovals… rounded. It’s the most unique interior. It flowed nicely. The ride was nice, and the car had decent acceleration.
The only thing I could really fault it for was being an automatic.

This was posted just yesterday, as I had hung out with a group of my friends that day and the day before. This was my first real long distance drive in her, and, I’ll say that she has a bit of squeaky brakes, but, hey, it’s got 125K miles on it, there’s gonna have to be something wrong with it somewhere. I also had my first dead body* in my trunk. Mind you, this is the first time I’ve ever had a “trunk”, before, it was just the massive back of my truck. But the trunk of my vehicle is big, big enough to fit this person inside of it!

All of this aside though, it leads to the main point of this entry. Remembering back, the name of my ’95 Chevy Tahoe was “Behemoth”, due to it’s size. Unfortunately, I’m stumped on what I want to name my new car. Does anyone have any ideas on what to name it? I always keep talking about it’s government-issue black paint job, maybe there’s something that can use that… I don’t know, but I need help!

It’s a special day today, as most people should know, especially those who have a connection to the internet. While I am definately not one to preach anything that has to do with politics, nor do I enjoy the fact that there are billions and billions of ads that play on the television and radio daily, it’s still an important day. I’ll admit, there are hundreds of people today who are asking me if I voted, or reminding me to vote, or telling me who to vote for. I remind everyone just this once that if you’re old enough, don’t forget to vote, but also, don’t go around and ask every single person you know if they voted yet. There are some people that may be okay with telling you who they voted for, but out of respect, please don’t go around and ask people who they voted for. I, personally, won’t be telling anyone, because it’s none of their business.
