Happy October Weasel Report readers! It's amazing to think that it's already that time of the year, but, the weather is getting chillier and the holidays are coming up quickly! Speaking of holidays, October is famous for a certain holiday which happens to be at the very end of the month. As you can plain well see, the Weasel Report has been decorated in celebration of the occasion! Halloween actually has roots in the Celtic festival of Samhain, and the Christian holy day of All Saints’ Day. The word "Halloween" is actually the shortened version of "All Hallows' Eve". But of course, in modern day, most people only know about candy and horror when it comes to October the 31st. We here at the Weasel Report like one of the other reasons: it gives us a reason to dress up. This is exactly why the Weasel Report is starting the 1st Annual Weasel Report Costume Contest today!
